Final Exams - Information

Hello LHS Families!With final exams for our ninth, tenth, and eleventh grade students being in full swing, we thought it would be helpful to remind you of a few things. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the following information.
- Monday, 6/15, we will be giving exams for periods 3 & 4. Dismissal from school is at 10:55 AM.
- Tuesday, 6/16, we will be giving exams for periods 5 & 6. Dismissal from school is 10:55 AM.
- Wednesday, 6/17, is a make-up day for students who have arranged make-ups. Dismissal from school is 10:20 AM.
- Buses will be available for students at dismissal time.
- If your child is exempt from an exam, they do not have to be at school for that period. No note is needed - teachers have alerted the Main Office that the student does not need to come in.
- If you would like to excuse your child to leave early because they have a class that is not taking a final exam (example: Academic Support), or they have a DLT or PE, please send a note with your child indicating that they have your permission to leave the building. This will be counted as an absence.
- If your child is taking an exam, they must remain in the exam room until the period is over, even if they finish the exam early.
