Pathways for Parents

Pathways for Parents and ParentChild+ is administered by Ludlow Public Schools and is funded by the Coordinated Family Community Engagement Network Grant through the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.
Pathways for Parents strives to meet families and children where they are at. The framework of our grant is to focus on the caregiver/child
relationship. Our goal is to enhance this relationship by means of direct services, referrals, and collaborating with families around their
ability to educate their children through reflective practice and strength-based supports and resources. We are currently serving families with
children birth through 6 years of age in the communities of Ludlow, East Longmeadow, Hampden, Longmeadow, Wilbraham, Southwick,
Tolland, Granville and Agawam.
