The ASQ® provides reliable, accurate developmental and social-emotional screening for children between birth and age 6. This developmental screening tool will show your child's strengths and areas to support.  When completing this questionnaire using the link provided, please be sure to fill in all areas provided before submitting in order to make sure your complete submission registers to the online ASQ system. Once you have completed your child’s questionnaire, you will be contacted by one of our Early Educators, who will provide you with resources and feedback specially designed for your child’s current needs and next steps in development.
