DIRECTIONS TO UPDATE STUDENT INFORMATION
The slide presentation below was created to assist parents/guardians when completing the online Aspen Student Information Update for their student(s). Please note this cannot be completed using the app or a cell phone. It can only be completed using a Chromebook, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer and by going to the Aspen website.
This procedure will be required annually at the start of a new school year to ensure all student information is accurate and up-to-date.
Only one parent/guardian needs to complete this for each student.

PASSWORD RECOVERY
We strongly recommend that everyone take the time to set up password recovery. The directions for this can be found here. Please note that password recovery (I Forgot my Password) will not work unless you have set up recovery prior to your account being locked.
