Information and Instructional Technology Mission

The Ludlow Public Schools will provide leadership in the use of district and building-based technology resources and services that support the District Improvement Plan. The mission of the ICT Department is to provide reliable, efficient and effective access to information, applications, and tools necessary to facilitate an informed and progressive learning environment.

Our staff is often working in the school buildings supporting the use of technology with staff and students so it is recommended that you call or email to schedule an appointment should you need to meet with staff concerning any issues or concerns.

STAFF- all questions, concerns, and requests regarding the use of technology hardware and/or software in LPS classrooms (including Aspen X2, LPS email Google Apps for Education, etc.) should be submitted via the LPS Helpdesk email at helpdesk@ludlowps.org. When submitting a request please include your name, school, and room number. 

PARENTS- all questions regarding the LPS Parent Portal should be sent to: lpsportal@ludlowps.org

STUDENTS- please direct all technology questions/concerns to your individual teachers.

CHROMEBOOKS- All  student issued Chromebooks have CIPA / COPPA compliant filtering both on and off our campus network.  
Questions/concerns regarding student Chromebooks should be directed to the school librarian.

Please know that we will make every effort to respond to phone calls and support requests in a timely fashion.
